As an integral part of the finance team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting compliance efforts, and delivering key insights to aid strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate financial statements in compliance with international accounting standards and local regulations.

Conduct routine reconciliations of bank accounts and general ledgers to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely invoice processing and payments.

Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.

Monitor financial performance, track key metrics, and report on variances and trends.

Support internal and external audits by compiling documentation and offering necessary clarifications.

Ensure timely compliance with UAE tax regulations and assist in tax filing and reporting activities.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to provide financial insights and reporting support.

Maintain well-organized and accessible financial records and documentation.

Stay current with updates in accounting standards and financial regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
Preferred Candidate Profile:

2–3 years of accounting or finance experience, ideally within a recruitment agency or service-based industry.

Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar ERP platforms.

Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial controls, and tax compliance.

High attention to detail with excellent numerical and analytical skills.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.
