Job Title: Account Support Associate 

Job Description:

EY is seeking ambitious and detail-oriented UAE Nationals to join our Business Support Services (BSS) team as Account Support Associates (ASA). This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior professionals across a variety of service lines, including Assurance, Consulting, Strategy & Transactions, and Tax, in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

As an ASA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting key account client-serving teams, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance and engagement coordination. This position offers an excellent foundation for professional growth within EY and the broader consulting and advisory industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior client-serving professionals to manage engagements and drive project success.

  • Handle engagement economics, including tracking budgets, billing, and reporting.

  • Maintain and update internal knowledge databases and portals.

  • Coordinate account team operations, including business development and resource planning.

  • Ensure adherence to risk management processes such as engagement letters and regulatory compliance.

  • Provide clear and timely communication to internal stakeholders on project status and updates.

  • Conduct data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel (e.g., pivot tables).

  • Work independently and collaboratively with global and virtual teams.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong data analysis capabilities and proficiency in Excel.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines efficiently.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • A proactive and results-driven mindset with strong organizational abilities.

  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.

  • Creative and resourceful approach to challenges and process improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

  • Previous experience in a client-facing or support role is an advantage.
