Position Overview:

Zareen Group is seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Key Account Sales Executive to manage and expand our presence in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) sector, with additional responsibility for wholesale accounts. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of UAE-based sales experience in the rice or FMCG sector, a strong network within the hospitality industry, and a proven track record of driving growth through strategic account management and new business acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow key accounts within the HORECA and wholesale segments, with a primary focus on the HORECA sector.

• Maximize sales volume and revenue from existing clients through consistent relationship management and service excellence.

• Identify and acquire new accounts across the UAE, developing strong relationships with key decision-makers.

• Analyze market trends and client needs to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

• Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of sales experience in the UAE, specifically within the HORECA segment (preferably in the rice or broader FMCG category).

• Established network of contacts within hotels, restaurants, catering companies, and institutional buyers.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proactive, organized, and capable of working independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Must possess a valid UAE driving license and be open to regular local travel.

Salary Range:

AED 6,000 to 12,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
