Account Manager – Service
Zurich Insurance Dubai , UAE

Zurich Middle East, part of Zurich Insurance Group, one of the world’s leading insurance providers, is seeking an Account Manager – Service to strengthen its client servicing team. Reporting to the Client Service Manager, this role focuses on building and nurturing strong relationships with Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) and Banks, while ensuring seamless service delivery and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture strong working relationships with IFAs and banking partners.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for sales teams and partners, addressing queries and escalations promptly.

  • Collaborate closely with sales and distribution partners to contribute to achieving APE targets.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and support their implementation.

  • Provide resolutions to escalations by processing requests directly.

  • Support month-end activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

  • Maintain strong knowledge of retail business processes and procedures.

  • Participate in training, cross-skilling, and upskilling activities to remain updated with industry practices.

  • Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer service standards.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with prior experience in a client-facing account management role.

  • Proven track record in managing relationships with financial advisors and banks.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and escalation management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Attention to detail, negotiation skills, and digital literacy.

  • Experience in process improvement and project management is a plus.
