About the Role

As an Account Manager – Restaurants, you’ll take charge of a portfolio of Deliveroo’s fastest-growing restaurant partners. You will be their primary contact, providing insight and strategic support to boost their performance on our platform. You’ll also collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver innovative, data-backed initiatives that create real value for our partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of top-performing restaurant accounts.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the F&B industry.

• Use analytics to drive restaurant growth, identify opportunities, and optimize partner performance.

• Work closely with teams across Operations, Marketing, and Product to roll out strategic initiatives.

• Deliver insights and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

• Serve as a trusted consultant and advisor to restaurant partners.

What We’re Looking For

• Based in or willing to relocate permanently to Dubai.

• Fluency in English (Arabic a plus).

• 3+ years of experience in account management, client relations, or business development—preferably in food delivery, tech, or F&B.

• Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.

• Proactive, highly organized, and able to prioritize effectively.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Knowledge of the UAE restaurant industry is a strong plus.
