Job Overview:

Nokia’s CNS (Core Network Services) Enterprise WAN team is looking for a strategic sales professional with a “hunter” mindset to lead and grow business in the Public Safety, Utilities, and Smart City sectors across the Middle East. The role demands deep industry knowledge, consultative selling skills, and the ability to build long-term CxO relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies for CNS solutions in the assigned territory

  • Drive and exceed order and revenue targets through a robust sales pipeline

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts using CRM tools

  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with CxO-level clients

  • Present clear value propositions and ROI of Nokia’s enterprise solutions

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and service provider partners

  • Ensure strict compliance with Nokia’s sales processes

  • Represent Nokia professionally and ethically

  • Participate in client meetings, sales events, and travel as required


Candidate Profile:

Required:

  • 8–12 years of sales experience in cloud-native core and software technology

  • Demonstrated ability to close deals over €1M and manage targets over €5M annually

  • Strong experience with enterprise clients in sectors like Public Safety, Utilities, and Smart Cities

  • Proven success building CxO relationships and navigating complex sales cycles

  • Solid understanding of customer needs and business challenges

Preferred:

  • Consultative selling and creative problem-solving approach

  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration and solution-based selling

  • CRM proficiency and sales pipeline management skills
