PRG EMEA is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to manage and develop business relationships with destination management companies, production companies, and corporate clients. The role requires a proactive sales approach to drive revenue and expand market presence in the Middle East events industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

Identify sales opportunities and negotiate pricing for corporate projects.

Collaborate with Project Managers to create and present client quotations.
-
Assist clients with technical specifications, crew schedules, and transport requirements.
-
Represent PRG EMEA in client meetings, industry events, and sales pitches.
-
Maintain a client database and develop relationships for repeat business.
-
Oversee project changes, client confirmations, and credit control policies.
-
Stay updated on PRG’s products, services, and company policies.
-
Attend production and site meetings as required.
-
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and company quality standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
-
3-5 years of sales experience in the Events Industry or corporate market.

Strong client-facing, networking, and negotiation skills.
-
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Minimum High School Diploma required).
-
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools.
-
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-
Financial awareness and business acumen.
-
Valid Driver’s License.
