Carrier is seeking an Account Manager for its Data Centers division in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with data center clients and end users, managing sales of HVAC systems, and collaborating with technical teams. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience with HVAC systems, preferably with Data Center cooling solutions, and a deep understanding of applied equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Data Center clients and end users in the UAE market.

• Build a project pipeline by managing incoming inquiries, visiting potential customers, and gathering market intelligence.

• Collaborate with technical teams to develop and submit compelling HVAC proposals.

• Understand and analyze HVAC requirements, creating budgetary and technical proposals tailored to customer needs.

• Promote and pitch Carrier products and solutions to HVAC consultants and Data Center owners.

• Participate in framework agreements and ensure quality submissions.

• Track and update the pipeline of prospective projects and contribute to business plan development.

Key Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in HVAC systems, with a focus on Data Center cooling solutions preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related HVAC field.

• Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and capable of working collaboratively across teams.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
