Expedia Group is seeking an Account Manager to join the Private Label Solutions (PLS) team in Dubai. The role involves managing and growing a portfolio of existing and new B2B partners across the Middle East, Türkiye, and Africa. You will be responsible for account ownership post-launch, managing profitability/revenue targets, and identifying opportunities for incremental revenue growth. This client-facing role requires excellent negotiation skills and strong relationship-building capabilities, with regular travel required for partner meetings.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing and new PLS partners across the Middle East, Türkiye, and Africa.

Own partner relationships post-launch, ensuring clear profitability and revenue targets.

Identify and develop incremental revenue opportunities within the portfolio.

Build effective client relationships and lead complex commercial negotiations.

Influence decision-making through formal and informal negotiations and discussions.

Regularly travel for face-to-face meetings with partners, both domestically and internationally.
Qualifications & Experience:

Proficient in English and Arabic (Turkish is desirable).

Strong understanding of hotel B2B distribution in the Middle East, Türkiye, and Africa.

Strong relationship and communication skills.

Experience working in online travel, e-commerce, retailing, or portals.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work autonomously.

Technical Project Management experience is a plus.

Good understanding of internet technologies used in the travel industry.

Extensive e-commerce experience and familiarity with e-marketing metrics is highly desirable.

University Degree (MBA or Master’s Degree is a plus).
