Fresha, the world’s leading marketplace platform for beauty and wellness, is looking for an Account Manager to join its team in Dubai. The role involves working closely with the Regional Manager GCC and the commercial team to drive business growth by helping venue partners maximize their marketing and distribution potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for merchants regarding account management.

  • Take ownership of assigned accounts, support merchant onboarding and training, and encourage SaaS platform adoption.

  • Optimize listing content and availability to increase marketplace conversions.

  • Analyze reports and implement strategies to boost monetized revenue from existing accounts.

  • Achieve key performance indicators related to bookings, retention, conversions, and churn rates.

  • Ensure a positive merchant experience through effective communication and problem-solving.

  • Gather merchant feedback to contribute to new product development.

  • Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to enhance merchant value.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 1-2 years of sales or account management experience in the Internet, software, or e-commerce sectors.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with a strong sense of initiative.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Experience with online marketplaces or SaaS platforms is a plus.

  • Interest in the beauty and wellness industry is desirable.
