Your Impact:

As a Digital Advertising Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong client relationships with top brands and agencies. You will drive revenue growth by showcasing the value of Tailwind’s cutting-edge technology solutions while working closely with teams across UAE & Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Growth: Drive quarterly and annual sales targets, identifying and closing new business opportunities.

  • Client Engagement: Build long-term relationships with marketing professionals and ad-tech specialists, presenting customized digital solutions.

  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct sales presentations and live product demos tailored to client needs.

  • Solution Selling: Lead discovery sessions to understand client requirements and propose tailored advertising solutions.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success & Regional Management teams to align business goals and strategies.

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and track sales pipeline, providing accurate revenue forecasting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

  • Industry Thought Leadership: Represent Tailwind at industry events, webinars, and strategic meetings to promote our value proposition.

What We’re Looking For:

3-4 years of experience in Ad-Tech, Digital Media, or a Solutions Provider role within an agency.
✔ Proven track record of building strong relationships with senior marketing executives.
Independent, driven, and proactive in identifying new sales opportunities and growing accounts.
✔ Strong ability to manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
✔ Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with experience in sales forecasting.
Positive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for digital innovation.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Fluent Arabic speaker (a plus).
✔ Willingness to travel when required.
