Tailwind EMEA, a ThinkDigital Group (TDG) company, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to build strong relationships with leading brands & agencies and drive business growth in the Advertising Technology sector. The role involves sales strategy, client management, and business development, working closely with regional and international teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop strong client relationships to drive quarterly and annual revenue growth.

Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to senior marketing professionals.

Conduct solutions discovery sessions to identify client needs and propose the right solutions.

Work with Customer Success teams to develop strategies for client growth.
-
Align revenue goals with local and regional management.
-
Build and manage a sales pipeline, providing regular performance reports.
-
Represent Tailwind EMEA at events and webinars, showcasing industry thought leadership.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
✅ Essential:

3-4 years of experience in the AdTech sector or digital media, preferably in a solutions provider role or agency.

Proven ability to build relationships with senior marketing stakeholders.

Strong track record in business development, sales forecasting, and client management.

Hands-on experience managing the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing deals.

Highly motivated, with a collaborative and results-driven approach.

Willingness to travel when required.

Bachelor’s degree required.
