Account Manager


Vibes Events is looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to join their Commercial Partnerships Team. This role involves managing client relationships, preparing detailed project quotes, and expanding business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills, along with a passion for delivering excellent client service in the UAE events industry.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
- Serve as the primary contact for all client inquiries and project requirements.
- Provide a personalized client experience, addressing specific needs and preferences.
Sales & Upselling:
- Identify and execute opportunities for upselling staffing services.
- Work with clients to understand future staffing needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Promote and demonstrate the value of new services.
Quote Preparation & Project Coordination:
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotes based on client project needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
- Oversee end-to-end service delivery, from quotation to final invoicing.
Account Strategy & Growth:
- Develop strategies to expand client accounts and increase revenue.
- Analyze client feedback to improve services and introduce new offerings.
- Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
Administrative Tasks:
- Prepare and send invoices promptly and accurately.
- Maintain CRM records, tracking client interactions and preferences.
Collaboration & Internal Communication:
- Work closely with operations and staffing teams to ensure seamless service execution.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to inform clients about new services and promotions.
Working Hours:
- Saturday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Every other Saturday off)
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or client relations.
- Strong understanding of the UAE events industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
