Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join their team in Dubai. The role focuses on new account development and expanding existing accounts within a defined territory or product line, driving revenue growth and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will build long-term rapport with clients, represent Hexagon with professionalism, and utilize the corporate CRM system effectively. You will collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver compelling presentations to executive-level stakeholders and manage the sales pipeline through accurate forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential clients.

• Create and execute account plans to maximize sales potential within assigned territories/accounts.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

• Work closely with technical teams to provide customized solutions and product presentations.

• Manage and update sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide accurate sales forecasts.

• Conduct self-prospecting activities to identify new leads and opportunities.

• Travel up to 50% or more as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience engaging with executive-level management and selling multiple product lines.

• Experience in financial and legal discussions with clients.

• Knowledge of Hexagon’s product solutions or similar technologies.

• Ability to solution sell and demonstrate business value to clients.

• Understanding of customer budgeting processes and sales quota achievement.

• Experience selling Operations and Maintenance, Enterprise Asset Management, or CMMS solutions is a plus.

• Arabic language skills are beneficial but not mandatory.
