Qatar Airways is hiring an experienced Account Manager to join its dynamic commercial team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position involves managing a portfolio of accounts to deliver revenue targets, negotiating commercial agreements, and fostering strong relationships with trade partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing joint sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue opportunities and improve distribution efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver revenue budgets and develop commercial agreements with partners

• Conduct sales and marketing activities to promote QR’s services

• Submit sales call plans and weekly reports; maintain CRM updates

• Analyze sales data and suggest tactical improvements

• Provide market intelligence to management on threats and opportunities

• Manage visibility of QR through trade exhibitions, marketing materials, and events

• Recommend pricing and PLB agreements to corporates and trade partners

• Maintain relationships with existing customers and explore new business opportunities

• Represent Qatar Airways at industry events and maintain strong ties with government and commercial entities

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related role, preferably in the airline industry

• Strong understanding of GDS systems, ticketing, and sales

• Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

• Prior experience working in multicultural environments is preferred
