Lockton is hiring 2 experienced Account Handlers in Abu Dhabi to manage client relationships and deliver top-tier insurance broking services. This role focuses on corporate insurance lines and supports the retention and growth of the client base while coordinating with internal specialists and global partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and implement clients’ risk management objectives.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through annual service plans and regular reviews.

• Oversee renewals, address changes in risk, and deliver consistent service excellence.

• Handle major claims support and liaise with Lockton’s specialist teams.

• Ensure timely cash collection and resolve debtor queries.

• Support client retention and renewal income targets.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

• Deliver management information reports and insights.

• Coordinate global insurance programs with Lockton’s international network.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as an insurance broker in the UAE.

• Proven expertise in key corporate lines: PAR, CGL, WCEL, Money, FG, PI, CAR, etc.

• Strong client management and policy negotiation skills.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight turnaround times.

• Solid knowledge of insurance policy terms and ability to clearly communicate coverage details.

• Commitment to continuous learning and development.

• Familiarity with Lockton resources and service capabilities is a plus.
