This role involves converting qualified leads, driving business growth, conducting product demonstrations, and managing customer relationships to ensure successful adoption of Zenoti’s software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Convert qualified leads into successful sales closures.
🔹 Generate new business leads through outbound prospecting.
🔹 Develop detailed sales plans and execute strategies to meet revenue goals.
🔹 Conduct product demos and technical discussions with prospective clients.
🔹 Build relationships with customers and offer strategic consultation on business challenges.
🔹 Work with technical sales and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
🔹 Upsell and cross-sell additional Zenoti products and services to existing customers.
🔹 Collaborate with marketing, lead generation, and inside sales teams to expand the pipeline.

Key Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business or relevant field (MBA preferred).
✅ 2+ years of experience in customer-facing technology sales (SaaS preferred).
✅ Proven ability to manage sales pipelines and follow structured sales processes.
✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
✅ Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a competitive sales environment.
✅ Experience in the medspa, salon, fitness, or wellness industry is a plus.
✅ Willingness to travel as needed for customer engagements.
