Account Executive – SaaS Software Sales

Zenoti, a leading cloud-based software provider for the beauty and wellness industry, is hiring an Account Executive – SaaS Software Sales in Dubai. This role involves converting qualified leads, driving business growth, conducting product demonstrations, and managing customer relationships to ensure successful adoption of Zenoti’s software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Convert qualified leads into successful sales closures.
🔹 Generate new business leads through outbound prospecting.
🔹 Develop detailed sales plans and execute strategies to meet revenue goals.
🔹 Conduct product demos and technical discussions with prospective clients.
🔹 Build relationships with customers and offer strategic consultation on business challenges.
🔹 Work with technical sales and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
🔹 Upsell and cross-sell additional Zenoti products and services to existing customers.
🔹 Collaborate with marketing, lead generation, and inside sales teams to expand the pipeline.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or relevant field (MBA preferred).
2+ years of experience in customer-facing technology sales (SaaS preferred).
✅ Proven ability to manage sales pipelines and follow structured sales processes.
✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
✅ Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a competitive sales environment.
✅ Experience in the medspa, salon, fitness, or wellness industry is a plus.
✅ Willingness to travel as needed for customer engagements.
