Meltwater is hiring a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive (SaaS Sales) to join their high-performing team in Dubai. This hybrid role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in B2B sales, a passion for technology, and the ability to build long-term client partnerships. As a key member of the sales team, you will work closely with the Sales Director to drive new business opportunities, craft compelling proposals, and deliver innovative SaaS solutions to mid-market clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue opportunities within the mid-market segment through outreach and collaboration with business development and marketing teams.

Deliver impactful product demos and tailored sales presentations to prospects.

Create customized proposals addressing client needs and fostering long-term partnerships.

Serve as a trusted advisor during the purchasing journey, managing solution presentations and pricing discussions.

Negotiate contract terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
-
Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling opportunities and nurturing existing accounts.

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and close deals at competitive pricing.

Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.

3–5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.

Strong negotiation and communication skills, with fluency in Arabic and English.

Ability to manage complex sales cycles and customer onboarding processes.

Skilled in lead generation, account management, and pipeline development.

Experience in SaaS or tech-based sales preferred.

Legally eligible to work in the UAE.

Willingness to work 3 days a week on-site (hybrid role).
