As an Account Executive in Dell Technologies’ Direct Sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and generating sales within the Public Sector in the UAE. This role involves developing new accounts, expanding existing ones, and building strong customer relationships while delivering impactful technology solutions to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Account Management: Oversee and support territory and accounts, including account planning, sales forecasting, and aligning cross-functional virtual teams.

Customer Satisfaction: Understand customer business and technology requirements, ensuring satisfaction with Dell Technologies’ solutions.

Business Development: Identify business trends and leverage internal sales teams to create a differentiated offering, positioning Dell Technologies to capture business.

Collaboration & Leadership: Provide direction and coaching to internal teams to grow the territory and achieve financial objectives.

Sales Growth: Manage and expand the account base to meet financial targets.
Essential Requirements:

Experience: 12-15 years in relationship selling, with a proven ability to build and manage customer relationships.

Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.

Teamwork: Ability to work with cross-functional teams including internal sales, pre-sales, product managers, finance, and services consultants.

Problem-Solving: Understanding of how technology products and solutions solve business challenges.

Leadership: Proven ability to influence and guide teams to achieve sales targets.
Desirable Requirements:

Education: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
