Pure Storage is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Hunter to join its Enterprise team in Dubai. In this role, you will focus on the Enterprise FSI market, advocating for innovative all-flash enterprise storage technology, and driving new business opportunities. You will collaborate with Sales, Pre-sales, Partner Sales, and Field Marketing teams to meet and exceed sales quotas while building strong customer relationships. Experience in FSI and healthcare markets is preferred, and Arabic proficiency is a must.
Key Responsibilities:

Advocate and promote innovative storage technology to customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Lead and strategize account management to secure new business.
-
Manage and drive the sales pipeline to exceed quotas and deliver results.

Collaborate with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners to position Pure Storage.

Execute account strategies and consistently close deals.

Communicate proposals and highlight the benefits of Pure Storage solutions.
Key Qualifications:

8+ years of technology field sales experience, particularly in FSI (Financial Services Industry), and experience in aaS software or infrastructure.

Familiarity with the Healthcare Market is preferred.

Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing a robust pipeline.

Strong skills in partner collaboration, prospecting, and customer engagement.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills and time management.

Native/Bilingual Arabic and professional proficiency in English.
