Redis is seeking an Account Executive to drive revenue growth for Redis Enterprise in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will focus on selling real-time data solutions to enterprise clients across sectors like retail, finance (BFSI), and telecom, using a consultative approach. Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales plan to drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.

Sales Pipeline Management: Identify, qualify, and develop a strong sales pipeline in collaboration with internal teams.

Target Achievement: Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through closing business deals.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure high-value interactions and satisfaction.

Collaboration: Work independently and with teams to up-sell and cross-sell Redis solutions.
Skills and Experience:

Experience: 5+ years of experience selling SaaS software technology to enterprise clients.

Sales Approach: Proficient in consultative, value-based selling of open-source software across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid deployments.

Industry Expertise: Domain knowledge in the retail, finance (BFSI), or telecom sectors.

Sales Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.

Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex solutions in a simple manner.

Track Record: Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Partner Experience: Experience in working with channels and partners.

Regional Experience: Experience working in Middle East countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Turkey).

Language Skills: Must speak Arabic.
