Edelman is seeking an Account Director, Digital to join its team in Dubai. The role involves overseeing social media, content, and influencer activities across digital programs for the Middle East region. The position offers an opportunity to manage client relationships, deliver integrated projects, and mentor junior team members while working across diverse digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee digital and social media programs for clients, including influencer activity and content creation.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client requests are met.

Lead digital projects from start to finish, including budgeting, resource management, and client liaison.

Proactively identify opportunities for digital innovation and growth within existing and new client accounts.

Guide and mentor junior team members, ensuring quality performance and adherence to deadlines.

Take the lead in developing and executing integrated campaigns and strategic digital programs.
Requirements:

7-8 years of experience in digital and social media within an agency, marketing firm, or editorial digital publisher.

Proven leadership skills and experience managing digital projects and client relationships.

Expertise in content strategy, audience planning, community management, and the latest digital technologies.

Strong communication skills with the ability to create high-quality strategic documents and proposals.

Experience with government clients is a plus.
