Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence is seeking a proactive and motivated Account Development Representative to join its Dubai team. This full-time, on-site role focuses on creating and nurturing sales opportunities through strategic collaboration with Account Executives and outreach to key stakeholders across targeted accounts. You will play a crucial role in developing regional and global account penetration plans to support Hexagon’s cutting-edge Smart Digital Reality (SDR) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Account Executives to build strategic account penetration and nurture plans

• Engage prospects using multi-channel communication (email, phone, social media)

• Execute strong prospecting campaigns with personalized scripts and outreach strategies

• Generate and qualify leads to meet opportunity quotas and territory revenue goals

• Track sales activities and performance metrics via Salesforce.com and SalesLoft

• Communicate Hexagon’s SDR value proposition and handle objections effectively

• Assign qualified opportunities to the correct Account Executive and support sales enablement

Education & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in B2B sales or sales development roles preferred

• Strong communication skills and high attention to detail

• Experience using Salesforce, SalesLoft, or similar CRM and sales engagement tools

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment
