Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division is hiring an Account Development Representative (ADR) to drive pipeline creation and business growth. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and working closely with Account Executives to generate new customer opportunities within the ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Qualification & Scheduling: Conduct outbound phone calls, emails, and social engagements to qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings with Account Executives.

Facilitate Initial Engagements: Host introductory calls to identify potential customer interest, assess needs, and determine next steps.

Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly Sales Accepted Lead (SAL) quotas.

Innovative Prospecting: Implement creative social prospecting, social selling, and email outreach strategies.

Proactive Follow-ups: Nurture relationships and explore new opportunities by following up with unqualified prospects.

Product & Market Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of ALI product offerings and buyer personas.

Sales Tools & Processes: Master Salesforce and follow established processes for data management.

Account-Based Prospecting: Execute account-based prospecting strategies using ALI’s methodology.

Collaboration with Sales Teams: Work closely with Account Executives to prioritize and target key accounts, accelerating pipeline growth.
Education / Qualifications:

Strong communication skills in both written and verbal formats.

Experience in outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and engaging with prospects across various channels.

Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

Proactive self-starter with adaptability to evolving strategies.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and sales methodologies is a plus.
