About the Job:
As an Accommodation Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall comfort of staff accommodation facilities. Your role will be vital in ensuring that team members enjoy a clean, organized, and welcoming living environment, supporting the broader goals of employee satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare staff rooms and beds for new arrivals.

  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Housing Supervisor/Team Leader.

  • Conduct monthly inventories of furniture, fixtures, appliances, linens, and cleaning materials.

  • Maintain strict key control procedures.

  • Identify and report fire or safety hazards immediately.

  • Recommend and implement measures to minimize wastage of materials and amenities.

  • Assist the People & Culture (HR) team as needed.

  • Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained, clean, and securely stored.

  • Complete special tasks assigned by supervisors.

  • Report damaged or missing items promptly.

  • Ensure proper handling and return of keys at the end of each shift.

  • Maintain a hygienic, pleasant accommodation environment for all staff.

  • Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned by the Housing Supervisor/Team Leader.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Housing or Housekeeping roles.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Basic knowledge of Excel is an advantage.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Additional Information:

  • This role is based in a remote location (Sir Bani Yas Island).

  • Accommodation provided as part of the role.
