The Accessibility Manager will lead strategic and operational initiatives to ensure Expo City Dubai remains a fully inclusive and accessible environment for all.

Responsibilities:

• Implement the Accessibility Strategy and ensure compliance across city operations.
• Integrate accessibility and inclusion into Expo City’s masterplan, aligning with the Dubai Universal Design Code.
• Oversee built environment facilities, operational services, and digital accessibility tools.
• Ensure compliance with national and international accessibility standards.
• Lead staff training on disability awareness, digital and physical accessibility, and autism inclusion.
• Conduct accessibility audits and maintain the accessibility dashboard for continuous improvement.
• Manage external accessibility consultants for third-party audits.
• Develop guidelines for tenant community engagement to ensure accessibility compliance.
• Support site tours and events for people of determination, ensuring seamless experiences.
• Provide assurance over accessibility asset management, overseeing maintenance and documentation.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of experience in accessibility and inclusion project management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Expertise in international and national accessibility frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Superior written and spoken English with attention to detail in reporting.
