Key Responsibilities:

• Lead academic planning and ensure quality assurance across all Pearson BTEC Business programs (Levels 3 to 7)
• Maintain compliance with Pearson BTEC quality standards and institutional policies
• Mentor and manage faculty to foster a culture of teaching excellence
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance student experience and academic outcomes
• Promote entrepreneurship, internships, and career readiness initiatives
• Represent the institution during inspections, validations, and academic audits
• Oversee assessments, internal verifications, and standardization processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven academic leadership experience, preferably in a BTEC or similar framework
• Strong background in mentoring and managing academic teams
• Deep understanding of student-centered learning methodologies
• In-depth knowledge of Pearson BTEC curriculum and quality standards
• Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic planning skills
