Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled AC Technician with 2-5 years of experience to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in Dubai. The candidate will ensure optimal functioning of air conditioning units, diagnose and fix issues efficiently, and comply with safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect HVAC systems to detect inefficiencies and performance problems.

• Install and maintain air conditioning units, including ductwork and refrigeration lines.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot AC issues using advanced diagnostic tools to minimize downtime.

• Perform routine maintenance and system cleaning to enhance HVAC longevity and air quality.

• Ensure all work complies with local building codes and environmental regulations.

• Manage inventory of tools and replacement parts to support efficient service delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; diploma or certification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning preferred.

• 3+ years of practical experience in AC installation, repair, and maintenance.

• Familiarity with central air systems, ductless units, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment.

• Proficient in diagnostic tools for HVAC troubleshooting.

• Ability to work independently with strong time management skills.

• Excellent communication skills to explain technical issues to clients clearly.

• Physical stamina to handle equipment and work in varying environments.

• Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
