As a 3D Visualizer, you will collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and project teams to bring premium residential and commercial design visions to life. You’ll be responsible for creating stunning visual content for interiors, exteriors, and detailed architectural elements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed 3D visualizations and renderings of luxury design projects

• Collaborate with designers and architects to understand project briefs and convert them into high-end visual presentations

• Utilize 3D modeling tools like 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or Rhino

• Render using engines such as V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or Unreal Engine

• Apply realistic lighting, textures, and materials for photorealistic output

• Stay updated with design visualization trends and techniques to enhance visual impact and workflow

Requirements:

• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software

• Strong portfolio demonstrating previous 3D visualization projects

• Creativity and attention to detail with a strong sense of aesthetics

• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with CAD software and architectural drawings is a plus
