A Confidential company in Dubai is looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer/Designer to join their creative and technical design team. This role involves translating design concepts into high-quality 3D visualizations and detailed technical drawings that support the entire project lifecycle—from concept through to execution. You will work collaboratively with the Sales, Design, and Project teams to ensure visual and functional precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop 3D design concepts in line with client requirements and project goals.

• Prepare layout drawings, shop drawings, and quantity take-offs using AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, and related tools.

• Create sales support material including pitchbooks and brochures.

• Design architectural and structural components for hard landscaping and outdoor installations.

• Produce high-quality renderings, models, and presentation visuals.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and coordinate with internal teams and external consultants.

• Assist in on-site technical direction, including issuing site instructions and preparing WIRs (Work Inspection Requests).

• Ensure timely submission of As-Built drawings and completion reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 3–5 years in 3D visualization, drafting, or architectural design; interior design or landscaping experience preferred.

• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, AI, 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong technical detailing and space planning capabilities.

• Experience preparing shop drawings, layout plans, and as-built documentation.

• Familiarity with UAE design regulations and coordination processes is an advantage.

• Excellent time management and attention to detail.

• Education: Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
