A leading design firm in Dubai is seeking a talented 3D Visualizer/Designer to support the full design process from concept to execution. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in 3D rendering, technical drawing, and site coordination, contributing to impactful visual presentations and accurate project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations based on design briefs.

• Develop layout drawings, shop drawings, and take-offs using AutoCAD, AI, and related software.

• Prepare pitchbooks and brochures to support Sales presentations.

• Design architectural and structural components for outdoor and landscaping projects.

• Deliver visually compelling presentation materials and models.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation submissions for all design stages.

• Maintain organized drawing records and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

• Provide site support, issue technical guidance, and assist with inspections and As-Built documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in 3D design, drafting, or architectural visualization.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong grasp of technical detailing, design principles, and space planning.

• Experience in shop drawings, layout planning, and as-built documentation.

• Knowledge of UAE design regulations and site coordination is a plus.

• Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
