About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative 3D Visualiser to join our vibrant team, specializing in luxury villa interiors and landscape design projects across Dubai. Your work will be instrumental in transforming design concepts into captivating, photo-realistic visualisations that excite clients and guide our project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed, high-quality 3D renderings and animations for both interior spaces and landscaped exteriors

• Collaborate closely with architects and designers to interpret design concepts accurately

• Enhance visuals by applying realistic textures, lighting, and materials to bring designs to life

• Refine and adjust renderings based on team and client feedback to meet project objectives

• Support client presentations with compelling visuals that communicate design intent

• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to continually elevate visual output

• Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring quality and timely delivery

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a 3D Visualiser, preferably focused on villas, interiors, and landscaping projects

• Strong command of 3D software tools including 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, and Photoshop

• Solid understanding of design principles, spatial planning, and landscaping concepts

• Creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility

• Ability to translate technical drawings and design briefs into realistic visualisations

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred)

• Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 10,000 – 13,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)

• Annual benefits package
