Ahluwalia Contracts Ltd. is hiring a 3D Interior Designer for a full-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, offering some work-from-home flexibility. This position is ideal for creative professionals who have strong spatial design abilities, technical drafting skills, and a passion for delivering visually compelling interiors. The designer will collaborate with clients, project managers, and design teams to develop innovative and functional interior environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop detailed interior concepts for various projects.

• Create construction drawings and manage space planning requirements.

• Select appropriate FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) based on project needs and client preferences.

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver design outcomes that align with expectations.

• Produce 3D visualizations and models using tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.

• Maintain attention to detail throughout the design development process.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other 3D modeling software.

• Strong knowledge of interior space planning and architectural detailing.

• Experience in FF&E selection and specification processes.

• Ability to interpret design briefs into creative, practical solutions.

Additional Competencies:

• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving ability.

• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

• Prior experience in the commercial design sector is advantageous.
