Role Overview:
The Program Manager Intern (2026 Intake) will play an integral role in supporting Amazon’s core businesses, such as Retail, Operations, Vendor Services, Prime Video, Amazon Fresh, and Advertising. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in program management, data analysis, and process improvement—working alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry.
Interns will be mentored by experienced Amazonians, engage in impactful projects, and gain insight into Amazon’s innovative work culture.
Key Responsibilities:

Support business projects across Amazon’s retail, operations, or seller service divisions.

Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business impact.

Participate in mentorship, learning sessions, and leadership development activities.

Prepare reports and presentations summarizing key findings and recommendations.
A Day in the Life at Amazon:
As an intern, you’ll work on a high-impact project that challenges your analytical and strategic skills. Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:

Currently enrolled in or pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (graduation between Dec 2026 – Jun 2028).

Field of study: Business, Management, Economics, E-commerce, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.

Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Available for a 3–6 month full-time internship between January and December 2026.
