Job Title: Finance & Compliance Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance & Compliance Executive to manage key financial and administrative functions within our organization. This role involves ensuring accurate payroll processing, VAT compliance, AML documentation, and financial reporting, while supporting day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management: Assist with payroll processing, ensuring timely and confidential handling of both fixed and variable components.

AML Compliance: Maintain and regularly update Anti-Money Laundering documentation in accordance with the latest regulatory standards.

Expense Management: Track, categorize, and record daily operational expenses using Excel, ensuring clarity and transparency.

Petty Cash Bookkeeping: Manage petty cash transactions and maintain accurate, auditable records.

Administrative Support: Assist in general administrative tasks to support efficient business operations.

Employee Records: Maintain organized and secure financial and administrative records for employees.

VAT Filing: Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with UAE tax regulations.
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

At least 2 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the real estate or similar sector.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software such as ZOHO Books is a plus.

Sound knowledge of VAT regulations and AML compliance standards.

Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
