Job Title: Registered Nurse 

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a compassionate and qualified Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, supporting physicians, and promoting health education among patients and families. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with solid clinical knowledge and a valid DHA license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document vital signs.

• Identify patient care requirements by establishing a personal rapport with patients and their families.

• Develop and evaluate individual care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

• Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments while monitoring patients for side effects and adverse reactions.

• Support physicians during examinations and procedures, including wound care and life-saving interventions.

• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and health maintenance strategies.

• Ensure strict compliance with infection control and patient safety protocols.

• Facilitate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges safely and efficiently.

• Maintain up-to-date clinical skills and certifications, including BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP.

• Collaborate across departments to ensure coordinated care and service excellence.

Requirements:

• Valid DHA license is mandatory.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a hospital setting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or higher diploma.

• Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

• Age between 22 – 46 years.

• Female candidates preferred.

• Immediate joiners will be prioritized.

Salary:

AED 5,000 – AED 6,500/month (based on experience and qualifications)

• Locations: India or United Arab Emirates

• Experience: 3 years minimum in clinical hospital environments
