Job Title: Head of Operations
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations to join a top-tier digital creative agency based in Dubai, specializing in luxury and government projects across the Middle East. This is a mission-critical leadership role for a strategic thinker and operational expert who can optimize systems, empower cross-functional teams, and maintain smooth agency-wide performance.
This is not a creative or client-facing position—it is a behind-the-scenes leadership role that keeps the agency running efficiently. You’ll serve as the key link between the CEO, HR, finance, and project delivery teams, ensuring everything operates at peak efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Agency Operations Leadership: Oversee daily operations across departments (HR, Finance, Project Delivery) to ensure seamless functionality and alignment with strategic goals.

Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, build streamlined workflows, and enhance productivity across teams.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Serve as the operational bridge between the CEO and various departments to ensure clear communication and execution of company initiatives.

HR Coordination: Work with HR to support hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, and foster a strong organizational culture.

Finance Alignment: Partner with finance to manage budgets, forecast expenditures, and track performance in alignment with growth objectives.

Performance Monitoring: Define and track KPIs, create detailed performance reports, and inform leadership on progress and areas of improvement.

Resource Allocation: Ensure project budgets, resources, and timelines are optimized while maintaining top-tier quality standards.

Skills: Leadership, budgeting, reporting, communication, and project management proficiency.

Tools: Familiarity with project management platforms, budgeting tools, and KPI tracking systems.
