Job Title: Business Development Representative (Fluent/Business Proficiency in English)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As an entry-level BDR, you will have the opportunity to grow your career and gain valuable experience in the cybersecurity industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn & Demonstrate Fortinet’s Technology: Understand and articulate the value proposition of Fortinet’s network security solutions to decision-makers.

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Research potential customers, identify decision-makers, and qualify buying interest using digital platforms like Bombora, 6Sense, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Schedule Appointments & Meetings: Arrange well-qualified meetings with key decision-makers at targeted companies.

  • Achieve Sales Goals: Meet and exceed daily and weekly call goals, generating a high volume of qualified sales opportunities.

  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer activities, contacts, and account information in Salesforce CRM.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to develop effective sales strategies and approaches.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 0-3 years of experience, recent college graduates welcome.

  • Skills: Strong phone and presentation skills, excellent listening skills, and customer focus.

  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT or cybersecurity.

  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment and prioritize multiple responsibilities.

  • Languages: Fluent in English (knowledge of French/Arabic is a plus).

  • Region: Prior experience in the South African region is preferred.
