Wison Engineering Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Production Coordinator to assist the site interface manager and support various operational tasks at the project site. The ideal candidate will have an engineering background, particularly in piping disciplines, and experience in coordinating between different parties, tracking project actions, and supporting commercial activities. This position requires fluency in both English and Mandarin and a strong understanding of project coordination in the engineering or construction sectors, particularly in ADNOC-related work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the site interface manager with agenda preparation, minutes of meetings (MOM), and action tracking.

• Update the interface table and queries on a weekly basis.

• Coordinate and communicate with relevant parties such as Hai&Ghasha, Borouge-3&4, and RHST2.

• Assist the contract manager and commercial manager with claims and change orders.

• Perform other related tasks as required by the project.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Fluency in English is required for the working language; proficiency in Mandarin (Chinese) is a must.

• Engineering background, particularly in piping discipline, is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of working experience in the field (experience with ADNOC is highly preferred).

• Male candidates are preferred for this role.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and communicate effectively across various teams.

Qualifications:

• Relevant engineering qualifications or background, preferably in piping.

• Proven experience in coordinating production activities, ideally in an ADNOC-related environment.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
