Dubai Courts is seeking a qualified and experienced مدير دعوى (Case Manager) to oversee and manage legal case processes. This includes verifying case data, coordinating with parties involved, managing court documents, and ensuring all legal requirements are met in compliance with UAE regulations. This role is essential to the technical administration of case management and ensures effective coordination between various legal bodies and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage technical aspects of case registration and verification, including accuracy of party details, case subject, supporting documents, fees, and power of attorney validation.

Follow up on unpaid case fees within three working days or escalate to the supervising judge.

Communicate with litigants for additional case information if needed.

Ensure documents not in Arabic are legally translated and authenticated, particularly if issued outside the UAE.

Confirm court jurisdiction based on case value and subject before proceeding.

Categorize cases according to legal procedural specializations.

Draft memos and notify the Public Prosecution in applicable legal matters.

Coordinate with federal and local legal departments regarding government-related lawsuits.

Notify Dubai Community Development Authority and the Foundation for Endowments and Minors’ Funds when required by law.

Highlight legal issues and determine the core dispute in cases.

Ensure parties claiming fee exemption have valid justification per law.

Verify required financial deposits and request additional amounts if necessary.

Digitally link power of attorney documents with Dubai Courts’ systems.

Issue public notices for unknown addresses when necessary.

Electronically receive case documents and memos from parties.

Attend preparatory hearings and verify submissions.

Refer special legal scenarios to the supervising judge for ruling.

Take necessary actions on inactive cases or no-show litigants as per civil procedure law.

Issue judicial letters and certifications after completing required procedures.

Monitor execution of judges’ decisions and follow up legally.

Summon witnesses as ordered by the judge.

Ensure full compliance with Dubai Government’s information security policies.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Law with minimum 8 years of legal or judicial experience, or
-
Master’s degree in Law with minimum 5 years of experience in legal and judicial fields.
