Dubai Careers is seeking a Primary Judge (قاضي ابتدائي) to manage court sessions, issue necessary decisions, and handle cases according to the law. The role involves making final or preliminary decisions on lawsuits, overseeing judicial and administrative tasks, applying reconciliation mechanisms, and ensuring the implementation of executive bonds. Candidates must have a legal background, meet eligibility criteria, and pass personal interviews.

Responsibilities:

• Manage court sessions and issue decisions until the pleading stage is closed.

• Make final or preliminary rulings on lawsuits and requests according to the law.

• Listen to pleadings, deliberate on cases, and issue judgments.

• Execute judicial and administrative assignments as directed by the head of the center.

• Apply reconciliation mechanisms in some cases and document it as an executive evidence.

• Contribute to the strategic planning of the center and monitor performance.

• Supervise the implementation of executive bonds and resolve disputes related to execution and urgent matters.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Muslim, fully qualified, and a UAE national.

• Must be at least 23 years old at the time of application.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or Sharia and Law with a grade of “Very Good” from an accredited institution, or a Master’s or PhD in Law.

• Must not have been previously convicted of dishonorable conduct.

• Must pass the required personal interviews.

• Must have completed national service, unless exempted by law (for male applicants).
