The role requires a hands-on leader who can manage pest control operations, supervise field staff, ensure compliance with local regulations, and deliver high-quality service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day pest control operations

• Monitor staff performance and provide training as needed

• Ensure proper application of pest control treatments and safety protocols

• Conduct site inspections and develop service reports

• Maintain inventory of chemicals and equipment

• Liaise with clients to assess pest problems and provide effective solutions

• Ensure compliance with UAE municipal and environmental health regulations

• Schedule and assign work based on client requirements and service contracts

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Pest Control Supervisor in the UAE

• Strong knowledge of pest control procedures, chemicals, and safety standards

• Ability to manage teams and field technicians

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Familiar with Dubai Municipality pest control guidelines

• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
