The Guest Service Agent is responsible for delivering outstanding service from guest arrival to departure, ensuring each stay is seamless and personalized. This role requires a service-focused personality and the ability to use hospitality systems like Opera.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and respond promptly to guest requests.

  • Provide personalized service and actively seek opportunities to enhance guest experiences through up-selling.

  • Promote hotel facilities and amenities to guests.

  • Maintain professionalism and contribute positively to the vibrant team environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong service orientation; prior experience in hospitality is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with Opera or similar property management systems.

  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.
