Job Title: Front Office Supervisor
Job Description:
We are seeking a Front Office Supervisor who will be the face of our guest services team, responsible for ensuring an exceptional arrival-to-departure experience. This role is vital to maintaining high standards of hospitality and seamless communication between departments.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner from arrival to departure.

Supervise Front Desk team members to ensure excellent service delivery and smooth daily operations.

Maintain strong coordination with Guest Relations and Guest Service Agents for optimal guest satisfaction.

Ensure guest accommodations are accurate and meet expectations upon arrival.

Resolve guest complaints promptly, efficiently, and with empathy.

Maintain current knowledge of hotel facilities and nearby attractions to assist guest inquiries.

Utilize Opera Front Office System to manage check-in/check-out processes, billing, and guest profiles.

Uphold awareness of individual guest preferences using Opera’s guest profile management system.
Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in Front Office or similar hospitality roles.

Proficient in Property Management Systems such as Shiji or Opera, and Microsoft Office tools.

Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is advantageous.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
