Air Arabia, the Middle East and North Africa’s first and largest low-cost carrier, is hiring Cabin Crew members for its UAE bases in Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. This role represents Air Arabia’s customer service and safety values, ensuring a comfortable, secure, and enjoyable flying experience for all passengers. Cabin Crew act as brand ambassadors, responsible for delivering excellent service while adhering to all safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely reporting, proper grooming, and full readiness for assigned flights

• Deliver safety demonstrations and enforce safety procedures onboard

• Provide outstanding customer service and assist passengers with pre-bookings and special requests

• Identify passengers requiring additional support and handle concerns with care and professionalism

• Promote and sell onboard meals, duty-free items, and charity donations to meet sales targets

• Perform pre-flight checks, ensure proper cabin setup, and coordinate with ground staff for smooth turnarounds

• Record and report flight events, discrepancies, and post-flight assessments as per company standards

• Maintain professional knowledge by attending regular trainings and complying with safety protocols

Requirements:

• Age:

  • 20–26 years (for freshers)

  • Up to 33 years (for experienced cabin crew)

• Height:

  • Minimum 160 cm (Female)

  • Minimum 168 cm (Male)

• Other Physical Criteria:

  • Clear skin, no visible tattoos in uniform

  • Medically fit and able to swim with flotation aid

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School or Diploma; Travel/Tourism qualification is a plus

• Training in First Aid and Emergency Procedures is an advantage

• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is preferred

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

• Must be physically fit with no chronic medical conditions

Preferred Experience:

• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply

• Previous experience in aviation, airlines, or hospitality industries is a plus

• Valid cabin crew license is an added advantage

• Willingness to work flexible shifts and extended hours

• Strong adaptability, teamwork, and commitment to performance metrics
