cover letter writing , one to one consultations, job apply support services , personalized
job assistance services, LinkedIn profile writing services and online training for job
acquisition, with a special focus on jobs in Dubai( “ Services”). By accessing the Website
and its Services, You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If You do not
agree with any part of these terms and conditions, do not access the Website or its
Services.For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions of Use, wherever the context so requires
“You” or “User” shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a
User of the Website by providing Registration Data while registering on the Website as
Registered User while assessing or feeding any resume and or insertion or information
or data into the computers, computer systems. Website allows the User to surf the
Website or making purchases without registering on the Website. The term “We”, “Us”,
“Our” shall mean Learnwithfaiz FZCBy impliedly or expressly accepting these Terms & Conditions of Use, You also accept
and agree to be bound by our Privacy policy as amended from time to time.
Services Provided
Learnwithfaiz FZC, herein referred to as “the Company,” provides a suite of services
encompassing resume writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, job assistance, and online
training modules aimed at facilitating job acquisition etc . The Company endeavors to
deliver Services that are accurate and timely, reflecting our commitment to excellence
and the pursuit of client satisfaction. However, it is imperative to understand and
acknowledge that the Company does not guarantee the receipt of interview invitations
or the assurance of job offers as a direct outcome of utilizing the Services provided.
You should be aware that the efficacy of the Services in securing employment
opportunities can be influenced by a multitude of external factors beyond Our control,
including but not limited to market conditions, the specific requirements of potential
employers, and the competitive landscape of the job market. Therefore, while We are
dedicated to providing high-quality Services aimed at enhancing User’s employability, it
expressly disclaims any warranties or guarantees regarding the ultimate success of
these efforts in terms of interview calls received or job offers obtained.By engaging Our Services , You agree to these terms, recognizing the limitations of the
Services and releasing Us from any claims of liability related to the anticipated
outcomes of their job search efforts. Our liability shall be limited to the scope of
services rendered, with no implied guarantee of employment success.
Use of the Website
You are requesting and authorizing Us to make available your resume to any Employer /
User/ Person that may have an interest in your resume . We may also share with You
Job posting or listing and these recommendations . You agree, undertake and confirm
that your use of Website shall be strictly governed by the following binding principles:
You shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any
information which:Belongs to another person and to which You does not have any right to;Is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic,
paedophilic, libellous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically
objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or
gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever; or unlawfully

transfer, process and store such INFORMATION in any manner whatsoever. The
INFORMATION collected can be shared with third parties in case You register yourself
on the Website or opting/ purchasing any paid services/non paid services and you
herein by agreeing to this Terms & Conditions of Use and grants explicit permission and
approval for the same. You agree and confirm that no sensitive personal information has
been shared by You with Us.You agree that We may access, store and use any information that you provide in
accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy.
User Obligations
By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations,
including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made
thereunderUsers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
and are solely responsible for all activities performed using their account.Users shall not upload, post, transmit, or distribute any unlawful, harmful, threatening,
abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, or racially, ethnically, or
otherwise objectionable material or information.Users shall not infringe upon any intellectual property rights of any person or entity.
In case necessary inputs required by Us for commencing the services are not received
within 30 days of the payment, the order shall stand cancelled, and any amounts paid
shall be appropriated.
The User shall certify that the information/data supplied to Us is accurate and correct.
The User shall give reasonable time to Us for writing resumes.
The User must respond to the queries raised by Learnwithfaiz within 7 days of such
queries being raised. Failure to respond within the stipulated time frame absolves
Learnwithfaiz FZC of its obligations, if any.
The User agrees that once the subscription of job assistance or personalized job
assistance is purchased , it will be valid for a period of 3 (Three) months. Upon the
expiry of period of three months, fresh subscription needs to be purchased by the User.
The User shall be assigned password(s) by Us to access all information received
through the Website. The sole responsibility of the safe custody of the password shall
be that of the User .
Use of the Website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts
under Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are “incompetent to contract” within the
meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including minors, un-discharged insolvents
etc. are not eligible to use the Website. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years,
you shall not register as a User of the Website and shall not transact on or use the
Website. As a minor if you wish to use or transact on Website, such use or transaction
may be made by your legal guardian or parents on the Website. We reserves the right
to terminate your membership and / or refuse to provide You with access to the Website
if it is brought to our notice or if it is discovered that You are under the age of 18 years.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by users due to any disclosure
of information, technical errors, or any other reasons beyond our reasonable control.
We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of refunds reaching Users’ accounts.
Users release and indemnify Learnwithfaiz FZC from any liability arising from their use
of the website and its services.
The liability, if any, of Learnwithfaiz FZC is limited to the extent of the amount paid by
the User for the Services.
Learnwithfaiz FZC offers no guarantee or warranties that there would be a satisfactory
response or any response at all once the resume is written and used by the User to
apply for jobs.
Learnwithfaiz FZC shall not be held liable for the loss of any data, technical or
otherwise, information, or particulars supplied by the User due to reasons beyond its
control.
Learnwithfaiz FZC reserves the right to reject any insertion or information/data provided
by the User without assigning any reason.
We will commence providing Services only upon receipt of the amount/charges upfront
either from the User or from a third party on behalf of the User.
By using this Website, You agree that We are not responsible for the content of the
User’s job application, messages, e-mails .We do not guarantee the validity of a job
listing or offer or posting . You agree to verify the validity of a job offer or opening before
taking any action. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any User or
job offer or opening or listing.
You understand and agree that You access or attend or use telephonic interviews at
your own direction and risk and that We disclaim all liability arising out of your use of
such telephonic interviews.
Indemnification
By accepting these terms and conditions, You agree to indemnify and hold harmless
Learnwithfaiz FZC, its directors, officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and
other partners from any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary
damages arising out of, relating to, or resulting from your use of the Services provided
by Learnwithfaiz FZC. This includes but is not limited to information provided by you or
any other matter relating to Learnwithfaiz FZC.
You agree to indemnify Learnwithfaiz for any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs,
and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with
your use of the Website and its Services.
Payments
Payments for the services provided by Learnwithfaiz (“the Website”) are required to be
made in full in advance. The issuance of any refunds will be at the exclusive discretion
of Learnwithfaiz FZC, and such refunds will be subject to the Website’s prevailing refund
policy. We do not warrant the uninterrupted operation of the Website or guarantee server
uptime, and shall not be held liable for any disruptions or failures in service.
Furthermore, We disclaim all responsibility for issues arising from payment
transactions, including but not limited to, failure to obtain authorization, transactions
that exceed pre-established limits, or rejections of transactions for any reason. All
payments for purchases or services made through the Website must be conducted in Indian Rupees, Dirham or any other currency as agreed between the parties.
By using the Website’s services, You expressly authorize Us or its designated service
providers to collect, process, facilitate, and remit payments electronically or via Cash on
Delivery to and from other users in connection with transactions facilitated through the
Website’s payment facility. It is important to understand and agree that the payment
facility provided by Us does not constitute a banking or financial service, but rather
serves as a conduit offering an automated online electronic payment system, as well as
facilitating the receipt of payments through Cash on Delivery, and the collection and

banking infrastructure and authorized payment gateway networks for Credit/Debit

laws of India without regard to its conflict of law principles.The place of jurisdiction shall

Severability

the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
By using the Learnwithfaiz website and its services, You acknowledge that you have
read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
