Recruitment Administrator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join a dynamic HR consultancy in Dubai. This role focuses on managing the candidate side of the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from sourcing through to placement.

You will play a key role in identifying top talent, coordinating recruitment processes, and supporting consultants in delivering high-quality hiring outcomes for clients.


Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Screening

  • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and networking channels
  • Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidate suitability

Candidate Management

  • Guide candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
  • Maintain regular communication and provide updates throughout the hiring process

Client Collaboration

  • Partner with consultants to understand client requirements and deliver high-quality candidate shortlists
  • Support timely placements by aligning candidate profiles with client expectations

Offer & Process Coordination

  • Coordinate interviews and feedback between candidates and clients
  • Assist with offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding transitions

Data & ATS Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS (Ceipal preferred)
  • Track candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows efficiently

Market Insights & Reporting

  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment KPIs, pipeline status, and placements

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Proven ability to source, screen, and manage candidates effectively
  • Hands-on experience with ATS systems (Ceipal preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
  • Good understanding of the UAE recruitment market
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, results-driven, and highly organized
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
