Senior Brand Executive
Chalhoub Group Dubai , UAE

We are seeking a commercially driven and creative Senior Brand Executive to support the growth of a leading beauty portfolio across both e-commerce and physical retail channels in Dubai.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing and commercial strategy, playing a key part in driving brand visibility, executing impactful campaigns, and optimizing sales performance across multiple touchpoints. You will work closely with internal teams, retail partners, and external agencies to deliver strong brand presence and measurable business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement localized marketing and commercial plans across domestic and travel retail markets
  • Execute in-store activations, promotional calendars, and digital campaigns to enhance brand visibility

E-commerce & Commercial Performance

  • Manage e-commerce performance, optimizing product visibility, pricing, and promotions
  • Drive sell-in and sell-out performance, market share, and brand ranking through targeted campaigns

Sales Analysis & Forecasting

  • Monitor sales performance across channels and analyze sell-out data
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and demand planning processes
  • Conduct new product performance analysis and reporting

Account Management & Partnerships

  • Build and manage relationships with key retail partners
  • Negotiate annual agreements and joint business plans to drive growth and profitability

Leadership & Cross-functional Coordination

  • Lead and mentor a small team of marketing coordinators
  • Collaborate with supply chain, commercial, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Coordinate with agencies and suppliers to deliver high-impact campaigns

Market Insights & Competitor Analysis

  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to internal and global stakeholders

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing and/or key account management (beauty or FMCG preferred)
  • Strong understanding of both retail (offline) and e-commerce environments
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns, promotions, and brand performance
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
  • Experience in stakeholder management and commercial negotiations
  • Leadership experience managing or mentoring team members
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
