We are seeking a skilled and experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join a leading construction and engineering consultancy in Dubai. This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring high standards of execution, safety, and quality across all site activities.

You will play a key role in overseeing on-site operations, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring infrastructure works are delivered in line with project specifications, timelines, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring infrastructure works are executed according to approved plans and schedules
• Monitor construction activities related to roads, drainage, utilities (water, sewerage, electricity), and communication networks
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
• Conduct regular inspections to identify issues, non-compliance, and risks, and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and environmental standards
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve site challenges
• Prepare progress reports, tracking project status, risks, and delays
• Perform quality control checks and safety audits across all infrastructure works
• Monitor project costs and support budget control by identifying variances
• Assist in testing and commissioning of infrastructure systems upon project completion

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 12 years of experience in infrastructure engineering and site supervision
• Proven experience working on infrastructure projects in Dubai
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, safety regulations, and project execution
• Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
