We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded HR Business Partner to join a fast-paced retail organization based in Dubai. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to deliver strategic and operational HR support across the business.

You will play a key role in driving employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and HR policy implementation. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will coach managers on best practices, handle complex employee relations cases, and ensure HR processes are consistent, compliant, and aligned with business goals.

Working cross-functionally with teams such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Payroll, you will help enhance the overall employee experience while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Manage employee relations matters, including complex case handling
• Support performance management and talent development initiatives
• Lead workforce planning and organizational effectiveness efforts
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and internal HR policies
• Analyze HR data (e.g., attrition, engagement, headcount) to drive insights and improvements
• Collaborate with internal HR functions to optimize processes and employee experience

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of HR generalist or HR Business Partner experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, or high-volume environments
• Strong expertise in employee relations and stakeholder management
• Solid understanding of UAE labour laws and HR operations
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
• Bachelor’s degree required; CIPD or equivalent certification is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills with a practical, solution-oriented approach

Salary

AED 18,000 – 28,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
